    By using beyondhome.global you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

    Editorial content

    Conversations, articles and research notes are published for information and discussion. Views expressed by guests are their own and are not endorsed by Beyond Home or by Impact Horizon.

    Not financial advice

    Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. Research outputs describe general market conditions and should not be relied upon for an individual decision. Take independent professional advice.

    Research outputs

    Indices, surveys and briefings are produced on a best-efforts basis from stated sources and methods. Where a figure is illustrative or provisional we label it as such. Methodologies may be revised, and revisions will be disclosed.

    Pre-production content

    Beyond Home is in pre-production. Conversation records on this site describe the intended editorial range of the founding season. They are not published episodes, they name no individual, and nothing on the site should be read as indicating that a named person has been interviewed or has agreed to take part.

    Intellectual property

    All content, branding and research outputs are owned by Beyond Home unless otherwise stated. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. Reproduction of whole works, or commercial use, requires written permission.

    Community participation

    Membership is free during the launch phase and offered at our discretion. We may decline or withdraw membership where conduct is inconsistent with the standards of the community. Forum invitations are personal and non-transferable.

    Submissions

    Where you submit information through our forms, you confirm it is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Handling of personal data is set out in the privacy notice.

    Commercial relationships

    Partnerships are disclosed. Partners have no editorial approval over content, guests, findings or conclusions.

    Liability

    The site is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond Home excludes liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its content.

    Changes

    We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date shown on this page.
